Return & Refund Policy

At Roxy Room, we work with a mix of ready-to-ship items and custom-made furniture. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

1. All Sales Final — Showroom & Clearance Items
All floor models, showroom samples, and clearance items are final sale.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

2. Custom Furniture & Cabinets
All custom orders (including kitchens, built-ins, and made-to-order furniture) are final sale.
No cancellations, returns, or refunds once production has started.

3. Ready-to-Ship Items (Decor, Lighting, Small Furniture)
Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • 20% restocking fee may apply

4. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos of packaging and damage

We will offer replacement or store credit.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
